1. Service Terms Confirmation and Acceptance
The ownership and operation rights of Greetbuy registered-user services are owned by Greetbuy. The services provided must be used in accordance with the published service agreement, service terms and operating rules. By using the service, users confirm that they have reached an agreement with Greetbuy and accepted all terms of service.
2. The Provision of Service Information
Greetbuy provides international shopping-agent services to global users through the internet by using its own information and service platform. Recipient information provided by users must be detailed, accurate, truthful and valid, as must the user's email address. When information changes, updated information must be submitted to Greetbuy customer service. If information is inaccurate or untruthful, valid service cannot be provided and the platform has the right to terminate the user's service rights.
3. Users' Information Protection Rules
Respect for user privacy is one of Greetbuy's fundamental rules. We will not publish, modify or share users' personal information with a third party and will save it in Greetbuy registered-user service files, unless disclosure is permitted by law or authorized by the users themselves.

6. Users Management
Users are solely responsible for information they publish. Use of the service must comply with all applicable local, state and international legal standards.
- Published information must be consistent with relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
- Do not use a registered account to engage in illegal activities.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt network services.
- Comply with all network-service agreements, rules, regulations and procedures.
- If a user disseminates reactionary, pornographic or other information that violates state law through Greetbuy registered-user services, system records may be preserved as evidence and submitted to relevant departments. Such information may be deleted immediately without prior notice.
7. Limited Liability
For any direct, indirect, incidental or special loss caused by use of network member services or illegal use that harms Greetbuy's image and reputation, Greetbuy reserves the right to pursue compensation for reputational damage to the extent permitted by law.
8. Refusal to Provide Guarantees
Users agree that use of email services is at their own risk. Greetbuy does not provide additional express or implied guarantees. Users understand and accept that use of information depends on their own judgment and that they are responsible for risks and liabilities arising from system damage or information loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Greetbuy Registered-User Service Information Storage and Restrictions
Greetbuy does not set a maximum limit for uploading, but the site has the right to judge whether user behavior complies with the terms and spirit of Greetbuy registered-user services. If a user violates the service terms, the account may be terminated.
Greetbuy owns the copyrights to site content. Anyone who wants to reprint website content must obtain authorization unless otherwise permitted by law. Unauthorized reproduction may constitute copyright infringement.
10. Exclusion Clause
1) We try our best to match product descriptions and images with the products sold. However, lighting, background colors, equipment differences, computer display differences and image resolution may affect the result. We cannot guarantee that descriptions exactly match actual products, especially in color. The actual product prevails.
2) This site shops for specific products from specific websites according to user instructions. Generally, it takes 6-15 working days to complete shopping-agent services, depending on the selected international shipping method, but this is not a final commitment. If products are out of stock, prices change, sellers do not deliver on time, transportation problems occur or force majeure prevents service completion, we will communicate with users to resolve the issue. Greetbuy is not responsible for related loss beyond the responsibility imposed by applicable law.
3) If you require after-sales service for missing, damaged or defective items, see the Help Center return/refund policy and process. After-sales requests must be made within the period stated in the applicable policy.
4) This site is not responsible for unsuccessful parcel delivery caused by reasons attributable to the user.
5) During the shopping-agent process, this site will not accept private conditions agreed between users and sellers. Members may use discounts published by the official Greetbuy website but cannot claim other seller-site discounts through Greetbuy.
6) This site cannot provide shopping-agent services for prohibited items, including counterfeit products, prescription medicines, tobacco, lottery products, adult magazines and DVDs, or other items restricted by law or carrier policy.
